Review of Coffs Harbour Pacific Palms Motel

I really appreciated the air conditioning and toaster in the room, which made for a comfortable stay. the staff were incredibly accommodating and super friendly, always ready to help. the location is superb, just next door to various eateries and cafes for a coffee or light meal, as well as shops. Plus, it's conveniently close to local restaurants and a pub. a fantastic experience!

The location of the hotel was comfortable and easy, within walking distance of the shopping centre. The staff was helpful and amiable and gave me recommendations😃

Great staff, centrally located. Jungle Bungle and other places worth exploring were just a walk down to the hotel. Located 700 feet from the property, the coast hotel was a good choice to eat. Free WiFi was provided and was essential.

if you want to eat nearby, try dining at zebra, which is situated 500 ft away. even the coffs harbour airport was not so far. super base for city trip in coffs harbour.

This hotel features modern rooms and friendly staff, and its unbeatable location near the shopping center is truly magnificent.

The motel exceeded expectations with its cozy rooms, modern updates, and value for money. Set close to local restaurants and attractions, it was a convenient spot to explore the city. The friendly owners provided helpful advice for exploring the area, and the peace and quiet of the rooms offered a perfect night's sleep.

The lighting in the rooms was a bit too bright, making it difficult to create a relaxing ambiance. the neighboring guests were noisy at times, but that's not the motel's fault.

The motel was located near shops with good parking, but unfortunately, it was unable to sleep due to constant noise from passing trucks and the Greyhound Bus stop which was directly across the road on the side of the motel on the grass area. the staff was helpful and kind, but the outdated and worn-out carpet in the room looked unclean, and the cold shower was a major disappointment.

The lack of maintenance in the swimming pool area left a lot to be desired.

The bathroom was dirty and outdated. the shower had low water pressure and the tiles were cracked.

The room was well-appointed and comfortable. It was quiet despite being close to the highway. The staff were lovely and the free wifi and Foxtel were appreciated. The motel was conveniently located for a short walk to the RSL for dinner.

Couldn't fault.

The motel was perfectly located as it was close to most attractions, including a shopping centre and the bus stop. I also appreciated the great arrangements made by the staff for my late arrival. The room was well appointed and had free Wi-Fi and Foxtel facilities.
